The Collection's mission is to promote widely a greater understanding of people who experience mental illness and/or psychological trauma, and to foster an appreciation of their creativity through the preservation and ethical presentation of their original works.
The Collection has an onsite exhibition of over a hundred works and has an active program of touring exhibitions. The Collection uses these works to explore a wide range of mental health issues and the interface between art and human psychological experiences.
